Wiley Wiggins, a native Austinite, played Mitch Kramer as a 16-year-old in Richard Linklater's 1993 film 'Dazed and Confused.' Austin's moontowers were put on the map when Matthew McConaughey exclaimed "party at the moontower" during the film.
